The room was lovely and modern, but the noise from neighbors was bothersome.

The location is excellent, with easy access to nearby walks and stunning canal views, which made our stay enjoyable. The quadruple room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were particularly friendly to our daughter, even engaging her in conversation about local legends. Unfortunately, the cafe's late opening at 9 am was a downside for early risers, forcing us to rely on the nearby petrol station for breakfast before that time.

I loved the self check-in process and my lovely room, complete with a beautiful bathroom and a powerful hot shower. There’s a great balcony to relax on and watch the boats pass by. You can unwind in the comfy common area or take a peaceful stroll along the canal. If I had to nitpick, the curtains weren't the easiest to fully close, letting in a bit of street light at night, but I wouldn't hesitate to book again! 😊

The location was fantastic, situated right by the Caledonian Canal, perfect for a family getaway. The room was spotless and had everything we needed, like a kettle and fridge. We loved the terrace where we could watch boats pass through the locks. It was a bit cramped with just basic entertainment options for rainy days, but overall, a pleasant stay.

Perfect spot by the locks!
Such a cool place to stay! The location next to the locks was perfect for checking out Loch Ness. Rooms were big and really stylish, loved the vibe. Just a heads up, no meals provided here, but there’s a cute café downstairs for breakfast. Only thing was the parking area could use a bit more space.

The location had a lovely vibe, tucked between the serene canal and river. My room felt spacious, and the comfy bed offered a great night's sleep. I appreciated the cleanliness and the effective power shower, making morning routines a breeze. The self-check-in process was easy too. the emergency light in the room was too bright at night, making it hard to fall asleep. I had to use an eye mask. The café below opened late, which was inconvenient for early risers. On a rainy evening, parking became a bit challenging, and the noise from the street occasionally disrupted the tranquility. I loved the ambiance but noticed a need for minor adjustments to enhance future stays.
